Connecting, Networking, Outreach and Collaboration

Our goals are broad!

We’re interested in facilitating connection and communication between psychosynthesists who work in a variety of modalities: as therapists, social workers, coaches and artists to name only a few. We’re also interested in increasing awareness about the field of psychosynthesis to a wider audience of people than those who currently practice, so that psychosynthesis tools can be more widely known and thus more beneficial throughout the general population.

Following the AAP Membership Meeting in the fall, a number of people stepped forward to be part of this important work. If you’re interested in this broad vision – we’re interested in hearing from you! Please contact us to be part of this committee.

Background:

Networking is nothing more than having a conversation with people to gain information and ideas. It is about building connections and learning from the insight and experience of others. AAP is creating a space for people to reach out to one another throughout the US and throughout the international psychosynthesis community.

AAP will facilitate collaboration and coordination amongst members, centers and organizations by acting as a central hub of information regarding services both for personal growth and professional development, thereby increasing the visibility of psychosynthesis. These efforts are taking place as part of the initiative to rebrand and expand the AAP.

The Work Ahead:

We will:

Facilitate contact with programs and centers that would like to collaborate with AAP and be included on our website. We want to learn about the ways psychosynthesis and Assagioli’s broad vision is being represented.
List interested organizations in our online directory. This directory will have contact information as well as brief descriptions detailing upon what various centers are focusing. We would like to know about the hopes and intentions of psychosynthesis practitioners from across the globe.
Provide access to our collaboration services. If you are looking for a partner to collaborate on a project, AAP will help you find the right resource and/or organization based on mutual interests and needs. Contact us if you have a project on which you’re looking to work with others.
