A foundational introduction to Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, guided by Ann Gila and Ruchira Chakravarty.
This two-session program explores Firman and Gila’s understanding of Assagioli’s stages of psychosynthesis, offering participants both theoretical grounding and a practical, felt understanding of how psychosynthesis works in psychotherapy.
The program is designed for practicing psychotherapists, psychotherapy students, trainees, and individuals considering a career in psychotherapy. Participants will explore psychosynthesis as a relational depth psychotherapy and engage with key concepts that support healing, wholeness, and professional practice.
Participants are expected to complete the required reading before the first session: “A Psychotherapy of Love: Psychosynthesis in Practice” by John Firman and Ann Gila. Optional recommended reading: “The Primal Wound” by John Firman and Ann Gila.
The introductory program may also help shape interest in a longer 6–8 month psychosynthesis psychotherapy training curriculum, combining theory and case supervision.
