This document marks the official beginning of the Psychosynthesis Research Foundation (PRF), incorporated in the State of Delaware on November 27, 1957.
It establishes the PRF as a non-profit, non-stock corporation dedicated to the scientific study of higher psychological functions — such as intuition, inspiration, creativity, and will — within the emerging field of psychosynthesis.

The Articles of Incorporation define the Foundation’s aims, its legal structure, and its commitment to operate for educational and humanitarian purposes, explicitly prohibiting any profit-making or political activity. These principles shaped the work of the PRF for the following two decades, supporting research, publications, and educational programs inspired by Dr. Roberto Assagioli’s vision of psychosynthesis.
