The Institute of Psychosynthesis has asked me to share Stephen Powell’s thesis, The Alchemy of Shame: A Psychosynthesis Perspective on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury and Psychospiritual Transformation, which he recently completed as part of his MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology (London, 2026), under the supervision of Gertrude Gill at The Institute of Psychosynthesis.
