Psychological Functions: Drawing on our Inner Knowing
Saturday, Oct 24, 2026 • 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
About the Workshop

Being a helping professional requires us to be truly present with many people who are different than we are — in significant ways. The implications for this statement are large and invite us into consideration of each person as unique.
As guides and people on a psychosynthesis self-realization trajectory, we are first invited (required, even?) to know our Selves through our Psych Functions: to know where we are strong, where we are weak, where we are biased, where we are unaware, and where our own history has set us up to be unbalanced. And our work is to lead with our strengths, the Psych Functions that express us most deeply. Coming to know and transform our Psychological Functions is an ongoing process. What Psych Function holds us closest to our true Selves? And which ones throw us off the path?
This leads us into the same inquiry with clients. And the more we know how to lean into all six PF’s (can you name them?), the more we can see and be present to another. And then we will be competent, creative and open to working with and through all a client’s PF’s, supporting them in finding their balance, their unique PF gifts, their own Call of Self and how they can access it.
In this webinar we will spend some time on our own inner star and more time on how to work with the star, easily, and practically with our clients.
