A dive into key perspectives on self-realisation, and the psychosynthesis models tackling it, followed by group sharing, and activities aiding participants in looking at their relationship with self-realisation, their experiences with it thus far, and their possible aspirations for it. Starts at 12pm and will run either 1 or 2 hours (depending on number of registrants)
Target Audience:
Those wishing to vulnerably explore their experience with self-realisation, their beliefs and story around the topic, and to question the level of self-realisation in their life.

Before finding Psychosynthesis, Mahita worked as a curator, and cultural policy, design and management specialist, which she still practices periodically. Previous to this, she worked in Archaeology. Mahita was born to a family of artists, and is half Spanish and half Lebanese. Throughout her life, she has been concerned with matters of creativity, genuine self-expression, and self-realisation, be it within the arts and cultural arena or through the prism of psychology.
