DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS April 20, 2010

Target Audience: Leaders, coaches and other psychosynthesis practitioners working with issues of polarity

Description:  This webinar draws upon Roberto Assagiolis teaching about synthesis, evolution and the principle of polarity and develops and applies these to the crises we are facing today at different levels – inner and outer; individual and collective; leaders, groups, systems and society. It introduces new techniques and offers guidance to practitioners and leaders for engaging with polarization from a psychosynthetic perspective.

Learning Objectives

  • Attendees will deepen their understanding of how to work with the principles of synthesis to resolve issues or polarization at different levels: self, relationships, groups, organizational systems and society.
  • Learners will explore the principles of synthesis in their own lives, in their inner and outer worlds.
  • Learners will discover and practice new techniques for working with conflict within organizational systems.
  • Learners will recognize how systems forces of polarization are at play in our wider society and explore new ways of engaging with these.

A little context:

Like it or not, everyone is a part of the universal will and we must somehow tune in

and willingly participate in the rhythms of universal life. Roberto Assagioli

The world is facing significant changes, and we stand at a threshold. The time is now to move beyond the familiar patterns and silos of our thinking, training and disciplines. As interpersonal neurobiologist, Dan Siegel, speaking at Garrison in 2011, put it: “as long as self is defined as a singular noun, the planet is cooked”.
Since then, this limited definition has proved to be an unhelpful driver in multiple spheres – a phenomenon that reminds us of the deep interconnections between perception, meaning, consciousness and will, and the vital power of presence and community.
In this moment, we are called to remember our deep belonging—to each other, to the Earth, to the Great Mystery of life. It is essential that we come together to forge pathways of resilience, courage, and kinship; to explore soulful ways to navigate these uncertain times, weaving creativity, wisdom and will from our shared vision of a more connected and whole world.
Join us! as we gather at the Garrison Institute in the spirit of synthesis to ignite our passions, inspire new dreams and build community for 2025 and beyond! This event is more than a conference, it's an immersive and experiential gathering to tap into the deep, transformative work of Psychosynthesis and related disciplines.
