The Compassionate Revolution of Grief + Grieving (CRGG)

  • Saturday, January 30, 2021
  • 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Zoom

In this revolutionary, experiential, + intimate online course, we'll move past individualized, intellectual learning to acquire tools, experience + support necessary to embody grief as "sacred teacher", navigating grief together with authenticity + compassion, moving toward a Collective Conscious lifestyle of Universal Friendship

We find ourselves in uncertain, extraordinary times. The realization that the world is broken has become more visible to more people. We are at a tipping point:

  • COVID-19, environmental crisis, political divide, a long-overdue increased awareness of social + racial injustice

  • all-time high levels of “diseases of despair” (addiction, depression + suicide) due to loneliness, stress, trauma + loss

THERE IS NO TURNING BACK. THERE IS MUCH TO GRIEVE. WE ALL HAVE MUCH TO GRIEVE…

Yet we lack the cultural knowledge + support necessary to embrace grieving.

How we relate to loss is swept under the cultural carpet. Many modern cultures condition people to avoid the reality of Death + Grief from awareness, to push away the myriad of emotional experiences of grieving.

We at Compassionate Revolution of Grief and Grieving (CRGG) believe this lack of relationship with grieving contributes to hopelessness and powerlessness. We believe that through Grief we achieve a deeper sense of Self and Connection.

CRGG’s mission is to support our sacred journey through the richness of grief, by consciously relearning, embodying and incorporating the values of Compassion, Integrity, Authenticity, Clarity, Growth and Connection.

Our collective responsibility to regain a healthy relationship with self, others, the environment and Energetic Source can be found through employing a range of appropriate tools and support, that will increase awareness and acceptance of Grief as Sacred Teacher.
