Peer to Peer Discussion
Welcome to our monthly Peer to Peer Discussion Group, an opportunity to
meet with like-minded people to discuss the issues that are dear to your
heart. We will connect through Zoom/online, a FREE video conferencing
service. This group will give us all a chance to share ideas, ask
questions, and further our understanding and will be facilitated by a
different “Peer Mentor” each month. This group is not for personal
therapy or supervision of clients. If you would like to share something
about the work you are doing with clients, please remember to keep the
rules of confidentiality and respect for all.
Sunday June 4; 10am - 12 pm (EST)
Facilitator: Audrey McMorrow, LPC, BCC
Join us for our first ever Peer Supervision and Case Presentation
Often in clinical practice we can isolate ourselves and have little opportunity to discuss our challenges, ethical dilemmas or difficult cases. We will discuss clinical and practice issues in a supportive and confidential setting. Peer supervision can sometimes offer you a different perspective and can often help you develop professionally.
You must pre-register for this virtual gathering on ZOOM. Space is limited to 8 participants and is free to AAP members with a $10 fee for non-members.
Facilitated by Audrey McMorrow, LPC, BCC. Audrey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychosynthesis Life Coach residing in Falmouth, Maine. She is the co-founder of Vast Horizons Center for Personal Growth in Yarmouth, Maine. She trained under Didi Firman at the Synthesis Center in Amherst, MA from 2007 to 2009, and again in 2012-13 for PS Life Coaching. Audrey served on the AAP board between 2010 and 2012, and is currently an assistant editor of Psychosynthesis Quarterly.
